How much time will I be expected to commit to this program?

Group Coaching Sessions are 90 minutes each and are highly valuable for live interaction and group engagement. While attendance is encouraged, all calls are recorded and shared, giving you the flexibility to catch up at your convenience.

Plan to invest 1-3 hours per week in implementing the practices and fully engaging with the program. This time will include applying new skills, listening to informational content, completing the weekly workbook, participating in the community portal, and joining the bi-monthly group calls.

Your level of engagement is within your control, and the more you invest, the more you'll gain from the experience.

What are the retreat location and details?

The retreat is set to take place in California (exact location TBD) from September 13-15. The cost of the retreat is all-inclusive, covering food, accommodations and all programming.The  cost to and from the retreat location is not including in the cost of the program

Will you be running this program again?
