LIVE WEEKLY EMBODIMENT SESSIONS:
We meet weekly for 9 months with one week off per month for integration, for a total of twenty-eight live online sessions. In these 1.5 hour sessions you will receive teaching guidance, and opportunity for live coaching and community practice. All sessions are recorded in case you miss the live class.

TWO 1:1 ALIGNMENT COACHING SESSION
You’ll have two- 60 minute one on one coaching sessions with Chun-mui to dive deeper in your learning and receive personalized support. This session will be tailored to your specific needs to be scheduled anytime throughout the course of the program.
